Understanding how to communicate with your customer is essential to getting them in the door of your practice and keep them coming back. That’s where the next two business fundamentals come in. Customer Relationships asks you to consider how a practice develops relationships with its customers. (In other words, how does a business GET, KEEP, and GROW its customer base?)
Channels asks you to consider what upstream marketing channels your business uses to attract its customers, as well as what downstream distribution channels your business uses to deliver its product or service to its customer. Join us for another meaningful discussion with dinner as always!
