Welcome!
This mini-course is designed as a two-part journey that mirrors how great leaders learn: first by seeing how others approach a challenge, and then by putting themselves in the driver’s seat to make decisions of their own.
Part 1: See it. Understand it.
We begin with a basic scenario that highlights what good looks like… and sometimes, what can go wrong. It’s a chance to ground yourself in the core concepts, tools, and behaviors, and leadership mindsets that make practices run more smoothly.
Part 2: Try it. Own it.
Next, you’ll step into the shoes of a real practice leader and work through a more open-ended case. There are no clear-cut answers—just the kinds of trade-offs and tensions you’ll face in the real world. This part is about applying your judgment, learning from ambiguity, and discussing your approach with your peers.
