You’ve done the hard work of vet school. Now it’s time to build the future you’ve dreamed of. A future that’s shaped by your goals, fueled by your growth, and grounded in real support. That’s where Harbor GO comes in.
Harbor GO is for the GO-getters, the leaders, the changemakers, and those who want to see a better future for vet med. Whether you’re here to lead, learn, launch something new, or simply figure out what’s next, GO gives you the structure, support, and space to explore it all.
What is GO?
GO is a flexible, self-guided career development journey exclusively for veterinarians working in Suveto Network hospitals.
It’s not a contract. It’s not another degree. It’s a real-world roadmap. This is for the future leaders, the curious minds, the problem-solvers, and anyone who refuses to settle for “just a job.”
GO is as much a journey of self-discovery as it is skill-building.
Along the way, you’ll engage with a community of like-minded peers who are also on the path to growth and professional development.
Through both the community and the curriculum, you’ll gain deeper confidence in the core competencies of clinical leadership, including clinical excellence, business acumen, financial stewardship, and communication. You won’t just be more capable, you’ll have more clarity. Clarity on what drives you, where you want to go, and how to start building the future you’ve always imagined.
From there, you’ll be supported with:
- Ongoing CE through Suveto’s Learning & Development team
- Communication coaching to tackle difficult conversations, improve exam room efficiency and team cohesion, and more
- Advanced project-based learning
- Opportunities to mentor others
- Invitations to ownership pathways, if that’s your goal

GO Milestones
To complete Harbor GO, you’ll work through a series of structured activities across three core pillars:
1. Medical Mastery
- Attend medical CE sessions (virtual or in-person)
- Participate in hands-on clinical intensives (e.g., surgery, dentistry, ultrasound, ophthalmology)
2. Business Confidence
- Complete a series of online business modules
- Topics include: COGS management, financial fluency, hiring, leadership, marketing, technology, and more!
- Interactive format – Think videos, case scenarios, team discussions, and reflection exercises
3. Community Collaboration
- Complete peer meetups or application discussions
- Choose to meet with fellow GO participants or your own practice team
- Discuss how you’re applying what you’ve learned and get feedback
Special Focus: Communication Training
- Complete in-person communication coaching
- Build client confidence, navigate conflict, and sharpen your leadership presence
- Workshops offered in Philadelphia, PA
