Come join us January 26th at 5:30 at the Rookery in downtown Pomona for appetizers and drinks (the first drink and appetizers will be on us!) and to discuss this months topic: Customer Relationships and Channels. We will also be covering December’s lesson: Know Thy Customer! so if you have time try to give that lesson a listen as well!
“Understanding how to communicate with your customer is essential to getting them in the door of your practice and keep them coming back. That’s where the next two business fundamentals come in.
Customer Relationships asks you to consider how a practice develops relationships with its customers. (In other words, how does a business GET, KEEP, and GROW its customer base?)
Channels asks you to consider what upstream marketing channels your business uses to attract its customers, as well as what downstream distribution channels your business uses to deliver its product or service to its customer.
Let’s dig in!”
Remember, HBE is one part social and two parts educational! Each month, we invite you to join your HBE peers for great food and even better conversation.
To fully participate, you must join your local HBE Group on Harbor.vet. It’s super easy:
Create a profile on Harbor.
Find and join your local HBE Group by browsing the Harbor Groups or by searching for “HBE@WU”
RSVP to your local HBE Group Meetup so we can plan for food.
If you have already joined all you have to do is RSVP on your Harborvet Profile 🙂
In our HBE Group, you’ll find:
A Video Lesson: ~25 minute videos that highlight the monthly business fundamental.
A Podcast Episode: ~25 minute interviews with thought leaders from across the veterinary profession and beyond.
Watch these prior to your monthly HBE meetup, when we’ll have a discussion on the business fundamental of the month and how it relates to you as a veterinary professional.
