That’s where the next two business fundamentals come in.\nCustomer Relationships asks you to consider how a practice develops relationships with its customers. (In other words\, how does a business GET\, KEEP\, and GROW its customer base?)\nChannels asks you to consider what upstream marketing channels your business uses to attract its customers\, as well as what downstream distribution channels your business uses to deliver its product or service to its customer.\nLet’s dig in!” \nRemember\, HBE is one part social and two parts educational!
